Q: How do I activate my offer for booking?
A: Fully complete the Registration Validation form and Mail it to the address provided on the form along with a $4.95 processing fee within 30 days of the issue date indicated.

After the processing center has received your Registration Validation form and payment, please wait 30-45 days to receive Step Two.

Our processing department will mail you an Activation Packet that includes complete information on your airfare, cruise and getaway offer.

Q: Why do I have to pay $4.95 shipping and handling fee when I submit the Registration Validation form?
A: This fee covers the cost of processing, and mailing the materials that are included in the Activation Packet for Step Two.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted for the shipping and handling fee?
A: WMS Processing will accept a personal check, money order or cashier's check for the processing fee only. Cash payments are NOT recommended. WMS Processing will NOT accept credit/debit cards as a form of payment for the shipping and handling fee.

Q: Who do I make my check/money order to the order of?
A: All payments must be made to the order of WMS Processing. Check/money orders with alternate company names must be returned for correction.

Q: Is the $4.95 fee refundable?
A: No. The shipping and handling fee covers the cost of the Activation packet that will be mailed to you.


Airfare Offer

Q: What is the $50 per ticket Registration Activation fee?
A: The Registration Activation fee is applied to your airline taxes and fees. If the taxes and fees exceed $50 per ticket, you will be required to cover the additional taxes and fees as well as any applicable surcharges.

Q: Is the $50 per ticket activation fee refundable?
A: No. The Registration Activation fee is non-refundable.

Q: Are there any date restrictions?
A: Yes, you are NOT permitted to travel 7 days before or after any holiday listed below. All travel requests require a 3 day minimum and a 30 day maximum stay.

Q: What airlines do you use?
A: The Travel Service Center searches all major commercial airlines to find the best promotional rate.

Q: What if the departure/destination airport I want is not on the list of major international airports?
A: You may select alternate departure and/or destination cities within the continental United States; however, additional surcharges may apply. You can find the list of major international airports on the Registration Activation form (Step Two).

Q: If I fly into one city, can I return from a different city?
A: No. The travel and vacation offer is valid for roundtrip airfare only.

Q: Can I travel separately from my companion?
A: No. If you have registered for two tickets, you must travel with your companion on the same itinerary.

Q: What fees am I responsible for at time of booking?
A: You are responsible for paying any government taxes and airline fees that exceed the $50 per ticket Registration Activation fee, $59 per ticket processing fee, and any applicable surcharges.

Q: What is the $59 processing fee for?
A: This processing fee is for research and processing services. This includes processing your registration and travel request, researching your travel information and completing all necessary paperwork involved with your reservation.

Q: Will I have to pay any surcharges?
A: Surcharges will vary depending on the availability for the dates and city pairs you have requested.

Q: How much are surcharges?
A: Since availability changes frequently, surcharge information cannot be determined until the time of reservation. Your reservation agent will inform you of all taxes, fees and any applicable surcharges due at that time.

Q: When does my offer expire?
A: You will have 12 months from the activation date to complete travel. You can find your activation date printed on the Welcome letter that was emailed to you after completing Step Two. Please keep in mind that you will need to provide a minimum of 60 days notice when submitting your travel request.

Q: If I am unable to use the offer, can I transfer it to someone else?
A: No. The Travel and Vacation offer is non-transferable and can only be used by the offer holder.


Cruise Offer


Q: What is included with the cruise offer?
A: This offer is valid for a 3, 4, 5, or 7 night cruise for two adults, 21 years of age or older.

A: Commonly used cruise lines are: Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Celebrity, and Princess.

Q: How do I make my travel request?
A: Once you are activated you will be emailed a Welcome Letter and there will be a phone number for you to call and book.

All travel requests must be placed 90 days in advance of the sail date.

Q: What ports are available with this program?
A: Galveston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Pt. Canaveral, and Tampa. Additional ports may be available at the discretion of the cruise reservation department.

Q: Why do some ports have a surcharge?
A: Galveston, New York, and Tampa are considered smaller ports, meaning they have less availability. As a result, cruise lines using these ports have less competition and therefore more freedom to increase their pricing. Accordingly, we must include a surcharge to compensate for this increased cost.

Q: What are peak and non-peak seasons?
A: Peak season is from January-August and non-peak is September-December. June, July and August are the most expensive months during peak season.

Q: Why is there seasonal surcharge?
A: As would be expected, cruise lines increase their pricing during periods of highest demand to increase their profit. Our pricing must therefore reflect this increase with a seasonal surcharge for peak season sailings.

Q: How much are surcharges?
A: Surcharges are not predetermined. Each sailing is priced separately by the cruise line. As a result, all surcharges are dependent on the sailing chosen by the client and the time of booking.

Q: What fees am I responsible for at time of booking?
A: You are responsible for NCFs (Non-commissionable Cruise Fare) and government taxes as well as any applicable surcharges. All fees will be quoted prior to booking.

Q: Can I upgrade the cabin to an ocean view or balcony?
A: Yes, you may up grade your cabin for a surcharge. This surcharge will be based on the price difference between an entry-level cabin and the category of your desired cabin.

Q: When does my offer expire?
A: There will be due date on the Welcome Letter and you have to complete your travel by that date.

Q: Why are there are extra forms in my packet?
A: We include these optional BONUS offers as an opportunity to sample our other services.


Getaway USA Bonus Offer

Q: What should I do after receiving the certificate?
A: You have to send in the activation with a $50 refundable deposit. Then you will receive a letter back with your activation date and phone number to call and book. You must call us a minimum of 30 days before you want to travel. You will receive a return call within 1 or 2 business days.

Q: Is this a timeshare?
A: We have availability with and without a timeshare presentation. We will advise you of current availability when you call for reservations.

Q: Can I bring kids?
A: Yes, but the room will accommodate 2 adults and 2 children only.

Q: What do I have to pay?
A: You have to pay the taxes on the hotel room and the refundable deposit.

Q: How much are the taxes?
A: The minimum is 10% of the hotel rate.

Q: What hotel is it?
A: It is anywhere from a Holiday Inn to a Choice Hotel or within that price range.

Q: Is airfare included?
A: No, you have to provide your own transportation to the chosen destination.

Q: Can I stay extra nights?
A: You can and that is approximately $99 a night.

Q: What is the $50 for?
A: It is a deposit for the hotel.

Q: When will I get the deposit back?
A: After your check out or if you do not use it within the year. The only time that you do not get it back is if you book and do not check into the hotel or if the certificate has expired. Refunds need to be requested in writing after the hotel stay or at any time during the 1 year period.

Q: Will I know what hotel I am going to when I book it?
A: When you book the hotel you will be sent a package with the information on the hotel and where to check in.

Q: How long do I have to use it?
A: You have a year to use it from the date on the activation letter you will be receiving from us.

Q: How long do I have to send in the deposit?
A: You have to send it in by your due date.

Q: What do I do if I don’t know my dates or destination?
A: Just send in your form with your deposit. When you are ready to reserve your hotel stay, just give us a minimum of 30 days before you want to travel.

Q: Where are the hotels located in relation to the destinations offered?
A: The hotels are in the city you choose or in the surrounding area. We cannot guarantee that the hotels are in city centers.
